Making the best of you

We want you to feel supported throughout your teaching career that is why we have designed a programme for NQTs that is relevant, up-to-date; designed and delivered by outstanding practitioners.

The programme has two overarching principles :

  • to enable NQTs to embed excellence in their own teaching and learning .
  • to provide opportunities for NQTs to develop build confidence as they generate ideas and strategies on how to improve their practice.

The programme will enable NQTS to become confident ,outstanding and reflective teachers by giving them the tools and expertise to succeed.
